    在整個美容過程中,我們會盡最大努力確保您的寵物的健康、安全。Big Paws Pet Salon and Academy不對整個美容過程中發現的任何早已存在的狀況和問題狀負責。請閱讀以下詳細信息:

    01.Big Paws Pet Salon and Academy,下稱「我們」、「本店」或「本公司」。

    02.請於預約時間準時到達本店。

    03.如剪毛預約遲到逾20分鐘將自動轉為沖涼;如沖涼預約遲到逾20分鐘將自動取消基本護理部份。

    04.客人攜帶寵物到本店時,請妥善控制寵物,若因客人疏忽而致寵物走失,本店將不會承擔任何責任。

    05.客人於進行美容服務前,必須清楚說明寵物身體狀況,如疾病、高齡、情緒、特殊皮膚狀況、關節疼痛、呼吸問題等;還請通知我們你的寵物的健康或細節的任何變

    化,並就有關健康問題的任何問題與你的獸醫跟進。若因任何隱瞞,而導致寵物於美容過程中受傷或甚至死亡,本店將不會承擔任何責任。

    06.美容師將先行評估寵物的身體狀況,以確定寵物是否適合接受美容或其他附加服務。若美容師認為該寵物因年齡、情緒、或身體的狀況而不適宜進行,本店有權拒絕

    為該寵物提供美容服務。

    07.若寵物有需要使用特定洗毛液,請客人自行提供;如寵物因使用本店之洗毛液而導致皮膚敏感或身體不適,本店將不會承擔任何責任。

    08.客人(或攜帶寵物到本店的人)同意在預約美容服務時通知我們寵物是否被咬傷或有攻擊傾向。我們保留為你的寵物戴上口罩或要求客人為寵物戴上口罩的權利。

    拒絕我們的要求將無法提供美容服務,主要是如果寵物對我們的員工或本店內的其他寵物或人構成危險。如果我們認為你的寵物、我們的員工或其他人面臨風險,

    我們保留因健康、情緒和高齡等問題而拒絕為你的寵物提供美容服務的權利。

    09.客人請於寵物進行美容之前,與美容師清楚溝通,詳細說明所要求的造型細節;若因客人交待欠清晰而導致美容效果未如客人理想,本店將不會退款或承擔任何責任。

    10.請客人於接回寵物時,清楚檢查寵物的身體狀況:如發現有任何損傷,客人必須即日通知本店。本店職員會即日安排及陪同受傷寵物到指定的獸醫診所就診。

    如獸醫證實是由於美容過程所造成,本店之最高賠償金額為港幣2000元。客人攜寵物離開後作出的任何投訴,本店概不受理,一切責任由客人自行承擔。

    11.若因本店員工之疏忽,導致寵物走失,受傷或甚至死亡,本店之最高賠償金額為港幣2000元

    12.客人請留意美容單據上所列明之美容收費金額,並簽署確認同意是次收費。

    13.如果您有任何疑問,請隨時與我們的美容師聯繁,本公司保留最終決定權。我們非常樂意和你分享美容詳情及有關如何最好地照顧您的寵物的毛變。

    14.美容套票並不適用於農曆新年前一個月。

    15.客人必須在此美容套票的到期日前完成最後一次美容服務。

    16.美容套票不可與任向其他現金卷或優惠或折扣同時使用。

    17.美容套票不可取消、轉讓、兌換現金、其他貨品或服務。

    18.美容套票只供已登記寵物使用,套票儲值只適用於本公司寵物美容服務。

    19.美容套票只適用於一個家庭的寵物使用。

    20.美容套票客人必須預約,客人不能因未能預約指定日期或時間而取消套票。

    21.美容套票有效期為12或18個月,已登記的寵物可在有效期內於本公司以優惠價享用美容服務,逾期作廢。

    22.若24小時內提出更改或取消預約,請提供醫生或合理證明,否則將扣除寵物沖涼費用一次。

    23.黃色暴雨警告及3號風球以上為惡劣天氣,取消將不會收取任何費用,本公司將與客人商討安排改期。

    24.本店會於天文台發出八號或更高的熱帶氣旋信號和黑色暴雨警告下關閉。若警告信號除下時,距離本店正常營業時間結束不足3小時,當日將不會營業。

    25.如有任何爭議,本公司對此套票、有關優惠之所有事宜及條款及細則均有最終決定權,並對所有人士具約束力。

    26.本公司保留權利隨時暫停、更改或終止此套票及有關優惠之所有事宜及不時更改其條款及細則,而母須另行通知。

    27.簽署此套票即代表你同意此條款及細則,及本公司將為閣下的寵物安排美容服務。

    28.本條款及細則之中英文文本文義如有任何歧異,概以英文文本為準。

    Terms and Conditions:


    Throughout grooming, we take the utmost care to ensure your pet(s)' health, safety and well-being. Big Paws Pet Salon and Academy is not liable for any pre-existing conditions and problems found throughout the grooming process. Please read the following details


    01. Big Paws Pet Salon and Academy shall be referred to as 'we' 'our shop' or 'the company.'

    02. Please arrive at our shop on time

    03. If you are more than 20 minutes late for your grooming service booking, which includes trimming, the service will change to bathing only. Likewise, the primary treatment will be excluded for bathing service more than 20 minutes late

    04. For safety reasons, customers should take good care of their pet(s) upon arrival. We will not be responsible for any loss of pet(s)

    05. All clients are requested to inform us before our grooming services of any known medical problems, such as diseases, aging, emotions, special skin conditions, joint pain, or breathing difficulties. Please also notify us of any changes in your pet(s)' health or detail accordingly, and follow up with your vet regarding any advice regarding health problems. If the pet(s) is injured or even died during the grooming process due to concealment, our shop will not be responsible for it.

    06. The groomer will first evaluate the pet(s)' condition to determine whether the pet(s) is suitable for grooming or other services. If the groomer believes that the pet(s) is inappropriate due to age, emotion, or physical condition, our shop has the right to refuse to provide grooming services for the pet(s)

    07. We will provide the utmost care with high-quality grooming products throughout the grooming process. However, we are not liable for any skin problems due to the use of our shower gel. Please bring your shampoo if your pet(s) suffers from sensitive skin.

    08. All clients [or the person who brings the pet(s)] agree to inform us if the pet(s) had bitten or has aggressive tendencies before grooming We reserve the right to muzzle your pet(s) or request to muzzle your pet(s). Refusing our request would be impossible to provide grooming service, primarily if it represents a danger to our staff or other pet(s) on the premises. We reserve the right to refuse to groom your pet(s) due to health, emotional, and aging problems if we believe there are risks to your pet(s), our staff, or others

    09. Please inform our groomers of your wanted style or any special needs before the grooming service to provide you with the best outcome When we finish grooming, there will be no refund nor claim could be made due to any miscommunications of your preferred style

    10. Please check the pet(s)' condition clearly when picking up the pet(s); if there are injuries, clients must notify our shop on the same day. Our staff will arrange and accompany the injured pet(s) to the designated veterinary clinic on the same day. If the veterinarian confirms that the grooming process causes it, the maximum compensation amount of our shop is HKD 2,000. The shop will not accept any complaints made after the clients leave with their pet(s), and the clients themselves shall bear all responsibilities

    11. The maximum amount for incidents caused by our negligence is HKD $2000

    12. The invoice(s) will state the final price and other details, which would require your signature to confirm the agreement to this charge.

    13. If you have any queries or need further clarification, don't hesitate to contact our staff, who reserve the right to make the final decision. In addition, we are more than happy to share details of your pet(s)' grooming or suggestions on how best to care for your pet(s)' coat.

    14. This package does not apply to the month before the Lunar New Year

    15. All clients must finish the last grooming service of this package before the expiry.

    16. Grooming package cannot be used with other cash coupons. offers. or discounts

    17. Grooming package cannot be canceled, transferred, or exchanged for cash, other goods, or services

    18. Grooming package is only valid for registered pet(s). Additionally, package value is only applicable to our grooming services.

    19. Grooming package is only valid for pet(s) in one family

    20. Grooming package users must book our grooming service in advance. Users could not cancel the package due to the unavailability of the desired time slot.

    21. Grooming package is valid for 12 or 18 months. The pet(s) listed in this package applies to our grooming service at a discounted price within the validity period in the company only, and it cannot be used after expiry.

    22. If you propose to change or cancel the appointment within 24 hours, please provide a doctor or reasonable proof; otherwise, that reserved grooming service fee will be deducted once.

    23. Amber Rainstorm Signal and Typhoon Signal No.3 or above are inclement weather, and there will be no charge for cancellation

    24. Our shop will be closed when the Hong Kong Observatory issues Black Rainstorm Signal or Typhoon Signal No. 8 or higher. If the warning signal is canceled within less than 3 hours before our regular business hours end.

    25. In the case of any disputes, the company reserves the right to make of final decision on all matters relating to this package, any relevant offer(s) and the terms and conditions, which shall be binding on all the parties concerned.

    26. The company reserves the riqht to suspend, vary or terminate this packaqe and anv relevant offer(s) and to amend the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice

    27. By signing this package, you agree to these terms and conditions. and the company will arrange grooming service for your pet(s).

    28. In case of discrepancies between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
